I spent most of my thirties giving people two answers when they asked how I was.

Fine. Or busy.

I was working twelve-hour days six days a week. The one thing I looked forward to was getting blackout drunk on Saturday nights. I called that a reward system.

Fine was the word I used for all of that.

I had built a version of my life that looked right from the outside. And inside it, I was disappearing. Not dramatically. Just slowly. The way a man does when he keeps performing and stops actually being present to his own life.

I coach men now. The ones who show up to me are not broken. They're tired. They've been building, optimizing, performing. And somewhere inside that, they've lost the thread back to themselves.

The Capacity Masterclass is where I talk about this work directly. What it is. How it moves. And what becomes available when a man stops trying to outperform everything and starts actually living his life.

Capacity
Masterclass

Capacity is the ability to be fully present to your life — your relationships, your work, yourself — without leaking out the back.

Most men I work with don't lack drive. They lack room. They're operating at maximum and still feel like there's not enough of them to go around. They check the boxes and come home depleted. They love their families and can't find a way to actually be with them.

That's a capacity problem. Not a time problem. Not a productivity problem.

In this session I'll show you what this work actually looks like. We'll go into the real thing — how the body holds stress, how men cut themselves off from what they're actually feeling, and what it takes to build genuine capacity to meet your life.

This is not a preview. It's not a pitch with a slide deck. It's an hour of real work, and you'll leave knowing exactly what this is and whether it's for you.

Three weeks into the last round, one of the men was showing up right.

Consistent. Engaged. Doing everything I asked.

But he wasn't touching anything real.

Then one night he started talking about his father. The actual thing underneath it. Years of it that had never been said out loud to anyone. The room stayed with him.

He didn't break down. He opened. And something shifted in him that night that no morning routine could have touched.

That's what this work looks like from the inside. It's not therapy. It's not content. It's a man finally letting himself be seen — and something in him getting to move.

The Capacity Masterclass is where you find out if you're ready to do that kind of work.

"Working with Wayne changed something I had been trying to fix for years on my own. I came in thinking I needed better systems. I left understanding something I'd never been able to see before."

— Alex S.  |  Initiation Round 1

"I didn't know how much I was holding until this work showed me. The first session was the first time I'd been in a room where someone was speaking directly to what I was experiencing."

— Jon R.  |  Initiation Round 2

"I walked away with a clearer sense of integrity and a brotherhood I didn't know I was missing. If a man feels the pull to step into this kind of work — go."

— Ryan S.  |  Germany

Men's Coach &
Sacred Sons Lead Facilitator

I'm a men's coach and Sacred Sons lead facilitator. I've worked with men across North America for over a decade — in circles, in programs, one on one.

I trained with and became a lead facilitator with Sacred Sons, one of the largest men's development organizations in the world. For years I traveled helping to lead large men's gatherings, retreats, and transformational experiences where hundreds of men came together to do this work.

Initiation is my flagship eight-week program. The Capacity Masterclass is where you come first. You'll get a real look at what this work is and whether it's right for you. No pressure to join anything.

Men who
are ready

Men who are functioning well and feel like something is still off.

Men who have built the structure — the career, the relationships, the routines — and sense that they've been operating from a place of depletion for a long time.

Men who are ready to look at something other than their to-do list.

Men who already know that things don't slow down. And that waiting hasn't worked.
